How online yearbook orders work through Stoodio Yearbooks.
Orders & payment
Yearbook orders are placed through your school’s storefront and paid by card at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; card details never touch our servers. A processing fee may be shown at checkout where the school has opted to pass it on.
Fulfillment
Presale books are distributed at school once the print run finishes after the order deadline. Summer Store orders are printed on demand and ship to the address you provide, typically within 3–4 weeks.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on whether your book has already been submitted to print or shipped. To request a refund or correct an order, contact us at help@stood.io.
